I’m finishing up the final details of the Pennsylvania continuing education course I’m writing. It’s on state rules and regulations, which is going to be a mandatory course for the 2016-2018 license cycle. My writing deadline is fast approaching and I’m trying to make sure everything is ready to submit to the editor.
Writing this course is a good refresher to me. I saw two local agents this week who had advertisements that clearly violate RELRA. One is a website and one is in print. Both had the same problem: lack of broker identification in the ad. Pennsylvania real estate licensing law (RELRA) states that the broker’s name and contact information must be prominently displayed in the ad.
